Orders outside Greater Accra can usually be arranged. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and we will confirm the available options.

Enquire or order: add items to your enquiry basket and check out, or tap “Enquire on WhatsApp” on a single product. You can send the basket as a WhatsApp enquiry or place an order to pay offline.
Confirm: we confirm availability, price and delivery details with you.
Pay & dispatch: once payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch.
Receive: we arrange delivery to your address and keep you updated.

Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of your order. We confirm the exact fee on WhatsApp before dispatch, so there are no surprises.

Any delivery fee agreed on WhatsApp will be added to your order total before payment is completed.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request an exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
For hygiene reasons, fragrances and earrings cannot be returned once opened or worn.
Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer covers the cost of returning the item.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order is on its way, our returns and exchanges policy applies.
